Job Description
- Review & Prepare shop drawing and coordination plans based on project’s design drawings.
- Coordinate with other engineering departments to solve any conflict between (civil, mech, elect)
- Review & Prepare QS and BOQ and Specs.
- Study and prepare requests for information (RFIs) for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Review subcontractors’ shop drawings and coordinate their approval process with the project consultant.
- Analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural and civil designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Hard Worker.
- Time management.
- Rivet (Proficiently).
- AutoCAD.
- MS Office.
- Photoshop.
