Job Description
- The Digital Planner/Buyer will be responsible for the implementation, daily maintenance and optimization of paid, e-commerce advertising campaigns across a variety of digital channels. This position will also inform strategy and planning through: past campaign insights, research and recognition of new opportunities, and design and monitoring of strategic and A/B tests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective media buying plans on all digital platforms.
- Identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
- Presenting media proposals, including timings and cost breakdowns, to reach a final decision about the future advertising strategy.
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Develop reports after every digital campaign.
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media platforms, and display advertising
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs(
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
- Build, plan and implement the overall social media marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage all social media marketing channels

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- +2 years Media planning experience at an E Commerce.
- Strong mathematical abilities required.
- Experience using DoubleClick, ComScore, Nielsen Net Ratings, Google Analytics and other media tools.
- Strong writing, presentation and strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
