Job Description
- Receiving the request for a new part number creation from the Product Manager.
- Coordinating with the product manager for acquiring full knowledge of the product.
- Acquiring and maintaining specifications regarding the products purchased.
- Adding the product’s general description, specifications, classification to specific categories to the system; In addition to Business-related attributes like Organizational Data, Purchasing Data, & information on Accounting and Costing views for all Items.
- Troubleshooting any errors related to the system’s material master.
- Creating bundle items for products.
- Making sure to add the shipping dimension for every material and HS code.
- Getting a price list from the vendor on a quarterly basis to be uploaded on the system.
- Generating batch for each item.
Job Requirements
- Graduated from Computer science or have experience as IT support
- Very good command in English
- Preferred knowledge of SAP
