Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably in hospitals - medical center.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of financial management, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
