Job Description
- Supervise all regular accounting processes such as A/P and Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Journal entries and non-salary transfers
- Bank reconciliations
- Monthly and year-end closings
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Preparation of financial status reports for government agencies
- Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Handing and recording internal financial transactions as well as financial transaction with the company’s clients and affiliates
- Applying all Accounting functions for a specific site.
- Handling day to day accounts transactions.
- Verification of bills receivables & payable.
- Handling petty cash maintenance.
- Handling supplier bill payments.
- Files management & knowledge of labor payments.
- Communicate and report to accounting supervisor for all actions taken.
- Review weekly time sheets, along with the accounting group.
- Prepare and submits weekly progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting
- Preferred exp. in construction field
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are preferred
- Construction background .
- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Cairo Resident preferred.
