Job Description

  • All administrative tasks.
  • Reply to e-mails & Answer clients’ questions over some social media channels.
  • Follow up & send reminders to students about the time of their sessions and the tasks they should do.
  • Schedule appointments and organize her schedule.
  • Exposure to all forms of business and knowledge.
  • Prepare reports & presentations.
  • Record & Document the content of her session through different methods.
  • Content writing for the academic director's social media presence.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English language.
  • University degree - Preferably in; English Language, Education, Literature, Alsun, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Females only.
  • Very committed.
  • Ability to handle and control Multitasks and Time Management.
  • Reminding the Director of her important tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
  • Can use different mobile applications effectively.
