Job Description
1. Partners Relationships Management
- Develop and maintains stakeholder’s relationships to achieve the agreed-upon target and to ensure stakeholder’s retention and optimum satisfaction
- Prepares and follow up on technical and financial proposals, ensuring that the proposed programs match the partner's needs and are in line with the organization’s agreed pricing strategy
- Handles the partners' networking plan
- Develop and update CRM & documentation systems and respond to partnership requests
- Manage accounts through Constant follow up, sending updates and reporting on existing projects
2. Leads
- Searches selects and creates potential stakeholders’ database to increase business leads in the subject sector
- Formulates new business deals by conducting meetings, coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Contributes to developing, negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
3. Products and Services pitching
- Generating proposals & supporting documents (e.g: presentations)
- Identify the relevant services to each partner and customize it to fit their needs
- Closing deals and signing partnership agreement
- Attend networking events
- Apply for grants/awards that fit the organization's goals and objectives.
Internal Communication
- Contribute to department planning strategy to achieve organization targets with the business development manager by
i. Working on Business Models (Helm & Helm Products *Entaleq*)
ii. Working on Scale-up Strategies
- Supervise activities & handle communication to ensure proper implementation between internal stakeholders
- Brief internal teams on projects to draft
Team supervision
- Handle on the job training process for new business development executive
- Assign and Delegate tasks duties and responsibilities for the business development executive
- Coach, monitor and evaluate business development executive
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a relevant position, account management experience is an asset
