Job Description

  • Handling customers through (mails, calls, chats or social media channels).
  • Work according to team leader’s plans & directions to maintain company’s KPIs & SLAs.
  • Provide information about the products and services.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools.
  • Document customer’s interactions & calls outcome to ensure a proper record of data.
  • Decision making and taking risks.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English and Arabic speakers.
  • Fast typing.
  • Preferred experience candidate in using (Live-Chat, Live-Agent).
  • Must have laptop and good internet connection.
