Job Description
- Establish strict hiring / screening / firing processes with TESTS (IQ, EQ etc).
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- To implement HR strategies and execute organizational development by creating clear job descriptions, benefits programs.
- Able to manage (control) up to 100 employees' payroll.
Job Requirements
- Experience in BPO, data entry or call center is a MUST.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Head hunting , screening of candidates with various tests.
- Expert in Payroll.
- Expert in google sheet.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- HR Diploma or MBA in Human Resources.
- Has managed at least 50 employees payroll for more than 7 years in one or different organizations
- Minimum 10 years working experience
- Very flexible and can handle working under pressure in a dynamic environment with high productivity
