Job Description

  • Establish strict hiring / screening / firing processes with TESTS (IQ, EQ etc).
  • Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • To implement HR strategies and execute organizational development by creating clear job descriptions, benefits programs.
  • Able to manage (control) up to 100 employees' payroll.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in BPO, data entry or call center is a MUST.
  • Fluent in English is a MUST.
  • Head hunting , screening of candidates with various tests.
  • Expert in Payroll.
  • Expert in google sheet.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • HR Diploma or MBA in Human Resources.
  • Has managed at least 50 employees payroll for more than 7 years in one or different organizations
  • Minimum 10 years working experience
  • Very flexible and can handle working under pressure in a dynamic environment with high productivity
