Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate data, and develop strategic and operational insights for HC and company-wide decision-making.
- Provide detailed analytical reporting and analysis on a regular and ad hoc basis that is meaningful to stakeholders and help in making appropriate decisions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders on trends and metrics that impact business outcomes.
- Maintain the integrity of company data in the system.
- Propagate sharing and creative data culture across the company.
- Look for data inconsistencies and assist with data cleanup as appropriate.
- Support the development and deployment of automated tools and dashboards to stakeholders.
- Participate in various projects and deliver source data needed for analysis.
- Analyze and audit data to ensure all feeds from the HCM system are completed efficiently and without error/data loss, and within the established deadlines.
- Troubleshoot, recommend, and resolve system issues to ensure user needs are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 Years as human resources with sector-specific experience.
- Familiarity with key human resources functions including organization structures, hiring, payroll and employee benefits.
- Ability to identify trends, draw useful conclusions and recommend solutions.
- Spoken and written Arabic and English is required
- Computer literate and hands-on experience with human resources system.
