Job Description
- Design end to end solutions in coordination with our internal tech teams and vendors
- Offer support during sales processes by consulting the best solutions for prospects and current customers.
- You are the point of contact for account managers with technical issues and you work out the technical solution.
- Being able to answer technical questions, conduct product demonstrations, and build proof-of-concepts.
- Drawing up the infrastructure, compiling technical configurations, and measuring technical solutions that account managers have developed independently.
- Work closely with the Implementation Consultants.
- With your commercial skills, strong product, and portfolio knowledge, you know how to take customer advice to a higher level.
- Understand and research possible integrations between internal solutions and our vendors systems.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Technical Pre-sales background is required in either Enterprise software systems or Hardware and computer infrastructure.
- Systems integration experience is a must
- Experience with cutting edge HW-SW integrations is a plus (ex: IOT, VR)
- Solution selling mindset and ability to deliver.
- Skilled in teaching complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
