Job Description
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Handle day-to-day activities for assigned E-commerce clients.
- Conduct strategic account planning and market studies.
- Execute tasks based on strategic direction.
- Understand the business objectives, processes, and support the needs of clients and prospects.
- Develops clear and effective proposals/quotations/reports for current and prospective clients.
- Evaluate digital/social media plans according to the client's needs.
- Initiate and lead project meetings.
- Coordinate with the internal teams on delivering the client’s expectations.
- Preparation of sales forecast, market research reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing/account management (2 years).
- Arabic is a plus.
- Proficient in Ms. Office tools, tech-savvy.
- Analytical reporting skills.
