Job Description
- Creation and refinement of mechanical parts and components to support the development of new products
- Complying with the related standards including 3D Modelling and 2D drawings using Solidworks and Auto CAD
- Applies research theories, principles, and models when conducting experiments and research activities
- Analyzing, implementing, and testing the materials developed in a research lab.
- Implement existing medium and large projects
- Develop and innovate new ideas for the existing medium and large projects
- Writing research papers, grant proposals and evaluation reports
- Perform new product research and initiate new ideas of conceptual design for medium projects
- Evaluating and requesting materials needed for the production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of engineering (mechanical power)
- Min. of 2-5 years of experience in R&D
- Excellent Knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Creative-thinking skills
- Decision-making skills
- Team-player with good leadership and managerial skills
- Having a logical brain for subjects like mathematics and physics is a priority.
