Job Description
- Set plan and objective for sales team to include coverage of the geographic area he is responsible for.
- Follow up on goals implementation in the specified time.
- Submit reports on regular basis which shows the implementation of the requirements.
- Solve any problems.
- Responsible for setting and developing sales plan to achieve best results.
- Monitor and evaluate his subordinates on a regular basis and evaluate their training needs and motivate them.
- Evaluate results in comparison to market competitors in order to raise SADKO market share.
- Continuous research for ambitious selling opportunities.
- Develop relations with customers and work to add new customers.
- Monitoring and control customers' feedback to measure customers' satisfaction.
- Provide customers with information on the new products and the benefit which company offers.
- Awareness of new developments in markets and competition to notify the management in order to maintain and develop SADKO status among competitors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Not less than 7 years of experience in the wholesale field.
- Effective communication skills / Decision making / People management
