Job Description

  • Set plan and objective for sales team to include coverage of the geographic area he is responsible for.
  • Follow up on goals implementation in the specified time.
  • Submit reports on regular basis which shows the implementation of the requirements.
  • Solve any problems.
  • Responsible for setting and developing sales plan to achieve best results.
  • Monitor and evaluate his subordinates on a regular basis and evaluate their training needs and motivate them.
  •  Evaluate results in comparison to market competitors in order to raise SADKO market share.
  • Continuous research for ambitious selling opportunities.
  • Develop relations with customers and work to add new customers.
  • Monitoring and control customers' feedback to measure customers' satisfaction.
  • Provide customers with information on the new products and the benefit which company offers.
  • Awareness of new developments in markets and competition to notify the management in order to maintain and develop SADKO status among competitors. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Not less than 7 years of experience in the wholesale field.
  • Effective communication skills / Decision making / People management
