During your tenure as a Front Desk Specialist, you will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:

  • Undertake Receptionist duties
  • Greet Client/Visitor with a positive, helpful attitude, and announce and direct them appropriately
  • Notify Company personnel of Client/Visitor arrival and maintain Visitor Logs
  • The answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls and maintain Call Logs
  • Respond to customer inquiries or refer them.
  • Laisse between departments
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Assist with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular Front Desk Reports
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and report
  • Help maintain workplace Culture

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role in an office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree with additional certifications is preferred
  • Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing). Preference will be given to Bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communications skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Expertise with bookkeeping procedures
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude, integrity, and appearance
  • Highly Presentable.
