Job Description
- Concept, design and print digital promotional materials, including flyers, ads, banners, emails, packaging, brochures, social images, graphics, …etc.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using the appropriate brand elements and layouts.
- Create, edit and optimize images using Photoshop and other design software.
- Study design briefs, determine requirements and produce brand-compliant design.
- Schedule and prioritize projects.
- Liaise between marketing teams and vendors to ensure concepts delivered promote and fulfills the company’s vision and deadlines are met.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
- Review designs for errors and amend final designs to managers comments and gain full approval.
- Prepare mockups/first drafts, test creative across various media, amend designs after feedback and present ideas.
- Maintain visual consistency across all channels and deliverables.
- Bring effective visual ideas from concept through to completion.
- Create, present and develop requested designs; Conduct research to support development and design concept; and Coordinate the development of 3D models.
- Support any other duties or requests as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a graphic designer.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in design software.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts.
- Able to provide a variety of design solutions for luxury brands.
- Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence to delegate tasks.
- The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts with other team members.
- Open to feedback and willing to incorporate suggested changes.
