Job Description

  • Promotes and sells media products and services offered by the employer
  • Studies and understands all facets of the media products and services being offered
  • Performs outbound and inbound communication to potential Customers to sell creative media services and VR solutions
  • Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned projects.
  • Works to reach sales quotas and delivers sales reports to upper management.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Details pricing and negotiates costs when necessary
  • Meets clients outside of normal business hours when necessary.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Receives bonuses for exceptional sales performance
  • works to reach sales quotas and delivers sales reports to upper management.

Job Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
  • Media/advertising/events background is preferred
  • Telesales/telemarketing experience.
  • Outgoing Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness, Confidence
  • Customer Service, Maintaining Relationships, Listening, Resilience, Creativity, Adaptability, Organisation, Detail-Orientated, Multi-Tasking, Reliability
  • Fluent in English is preferred
