Job Description
- Promotes and sells media products and services offered by the employer
- Studies and understands all facets of the media products and services being offered
- Performs outbound and inbound communication to potential Customers to sell creative media services and VR solutions
- Approaches potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in the assigned projects.
- Works to reach sales quotas and delivers sales reports to upper management.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Details pricing and negotiates costs when necessary
- Meets clients outside of normal business hours when necessary.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Receives bonuses for exceptional sales performance

Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
- Media/advertising/events background is preferred
- Telesales/telemarketing experience.
- Outgoing Personality, Interpersonal Skills, Persuasiveness, Confidence
- Customer Service, Maintaining Relationships, Listening, Resilience, Creativity, Adaptability, Organisation, Detail-Orientated, Multi-Tasking, Reliability
- Fluent in English is preferred
