Job Description
- Research vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and communicate them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Evaluate and analyze the current and potential foreign vendors based on the quality, payment terms, reference lists, prices, after sales services, warranty, HSE requirements, and delivery terms.
- Placing orders to suppliers and coordinates between the suppliers and forwarding companies to ensure on-time delivery of all shipments.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Follow up the customs release process and transportation from the port to warehouses.
- Follow up the payments processes including Perform invoices, banks details, LCs data, and banks swifts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering is preferred or suitable Bachelor degree
- From 3 to 5 year of Experience in Foreign Purchasing .
- Excellent in English - Presentable
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
