Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations of the system administrators and report status to management.
- Manage resources and processes required to design, plan, and support all IT products and services.
- Interfere with other departments to resolve complex or emergent operational problems.
- Design, maintain and update IT policies, procedures, documentation and users’ permissions on server.
- Execute technical strategies to increase efficiency and service.
- Maintain servers and ensure they meet all security and consistency standards.
- Design a data contingency plan & data disaster recovery plan.
- Delegate tasks, manage team work load and oversee projects in order to meet deadlines.
- Keeps team motivated and accountable.
Job Requirements
- Good experience on active directory and domain controller
- Good experience on group policy, DHCP and DNS
- Good experience on exchange server
- Good experience on Sophos firewall
- Good experience on dealing with Cisco switches.
- 5-7 years’ experience in the field .
- Bachelor degree which is suitable for job requirements.
