Job Description
- Finding new customers/ new accounts and doing negotiation.
- Ensure customer's order are well fulfilled (coordination with ordering and delivery team)
- Monitor sales performance in each account
- Expanding the networking to increase potential account database
- Doing regular visit to existing account/customer
- Achieve increase in number of HORECA accounts and brand visibility of company products.
- Monitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met.
- Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short term.
- Development of strong customer relationships.
- Ensure cash collection as per agreed terms with customers (work and communicate closely with Finance department).
- Maintain accurate records of all HORECA sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on HORECA Channel sales.
- Perform cost benefit and need analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
- Supply management with customer needs, problem investments, competitive activity and potential for new products and services.
- Achieve increase in number of HORECA accounts and brand visibility of company products

- Build brand awareness to drive sales performance and increase revenue of our products in new and existing HORECA and food services accounts.
- Establish and build long-lasting relationships with executive chefs, general managers and procurement decisions to drive brand awareness and sampling to increase volume and revenue of all products.
- Increase sales revenue and volume and achieve monthly sales and collections targets.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 yrs experience in Horeca Sales
- Strong managerial, negotiation, and good communication skills.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- MUST Have +3 yrs experience in sales of FOOD products.
- MUST Have Proven experience in HORECA Channel.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Familiarising with BRM, CRM practices along with abilities to build productive business professional relationships.
- Should have a valid driving licence.
- • Must have their own vehicle to conduct sales, mileage will be offered.
- • Good knowledge of channel structure and opportunities
- • Commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets
