Job Description
- Deal with different shipping lines to get the best price.
- Responsible for all booking procedures (Import & Export).
- Handle all shipping issues with shipping lines.
- Follow up all custom clearance procedures.
- Data entry for all shipments data which processed.
- Directing and coordinating full shipping requests.
- (Import & Export) cycle.
- Handle any complaint related to the operation department.
- Keep the documents of the shipment in files.
- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Suggest solutions for process improvements
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Train and evaluate others
- Provide constructive feedback
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage is a must.
