Job Description

At Sowarna, we are trying to provide our customers the best service that meet our amazing products.

  • Handle telephone support and escalate calls when deemed necessary and appropriate.
  • Handle assigned tickets.
  • Design and generate/amend new or existing reports.
  • Work and ensure that client and project deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing among other team members.
  • Communicate any client feedback to team leader and management.
  • Handle other specific tasks as assigned by superiors and as required by the Company.

Job Requirements

  • Good user of computer, internet skills.
  • Good English.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Females Preferred
