Job Description

We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic team member, with a can do attitude, to join our team, learn, implement and grow in a developing, friendly yet professional environment.

Your main responsibilities are: 

Employee Relations:

  • Implement the employment procedure in relation to the hiring and resignation/termination process, to ensure full compliance with the labor law and organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
  • Responsible for Personnel management and all employment documentation, in terms of collecting hiring documents, report all missing documents and follow up till completion.
  • Handle internal investigations with employees to implement the proper disciplinary actions in accordance with the labor law and internal policies and procedures when needed.
  • Supervise the implementation process of the time and attendance policy and procedures to make sure that staff are aligned with the company and the Egyptian Labor law attendance regulation.
  • Follows up with managers regarding the expiry of the probation period and annual contract expiry for all employees to take the necessary action accordingly.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates, etc.) in the database
  • Taking part in monthly payroll preparation.

Legal Compliance:

  • Govern compliance in social insurance and manage on-ground relationships with social insurance offices. Ensure 100% of employees are socially insured under the company file.
  • Manage on-ground audits from social insurance authorities.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Benefits:

  • Responsible for Medical insurance coverage including annual renewals, additions, removals, approvals, and refunds.
  • Responsible for bank accounts opening and ensure compliance in the process of adding new bank accounts to ensure 100% of an employee receives their payroll on time.

Office Administration:

  • Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
  • Responsible for ensuring all Cameras are functioning.
  • Handle services department attendance and requests.
  • Facilitate executive-level operations: Book travel, submit expense reports and send communications for high-level staff as needed.
  • Support other functions as assigned.

Job Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • HR diploma or certificate is a must.
  • Very good knowledge of Personnel and Labor Relations practices and legal requirements.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Master user of MS office application.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation & organizational skills.
  • Good Analytical thinking skills.
  • Good researcher, always updated with new trends and knowledge.
  • Active, energetic, flexible to visit different branches.

Abilities:

  • Very flexible and adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies.
  • Superb conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
