Job Description
- Moderate communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Zendesk, Web chat, what’s app bus, trip rating, emails and other similar social media platforms.
- Answering or making outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Communicates with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and fulfill their needs
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Following up with customers in case of escalations or complains corporate and individuals and Follow the actions taken until the case is handled to customers’ satisfaction.
- Communicates customer feedback to various teams—including technical and Account manager—in order to improve the overall customer experience.
- Welcome call for the buses Supervisors/Riders seeking feedback and recommendations.
- Making sure that the Admin function is completing Buseet operations excellence process and Work on developing it along the way.
- Using Buseet Tools & Systems to record and execute the assigned duties & tasks.
Job Requirements
Academic Background & Professional Experience:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service experience (preferably in Email and chat channels)
Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:
- English B1
- Typing speed 25+
- Typing accuracy: 95%
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to foster and maintain relationships
