Job Description
- Manage the work activities, deliverables, and environment for the Mechanical Engineering team.
- Manage work assignments and workforce planning.
- Support team members in developing and maintaining engineering budget and schedule estimates.
- Develops evaluation criteria that will serve to measure progress and effectiveness of departmental operations.
- Analyzes and solves engineering-related problems with the assistance of subordinate managers and department personnel.
- Coordinates all customer and internal engineering changes.
- Follow-up on permanent corrective action plans to resolve any outstanding issues related to quality, production, equipment, tooling, customers, and production controls.
- Evaluate and approve all equipment required for process.
Job Requirements
- Education: Graduate of Faculty of Engineering from (mechanical or electrical) section.
- Experience: maximum 5 years of experience and preferably if worked before in the printing field.
- Excellent level of using engineering related software, and in addition to mastering MS Office Package [Word, Excel & PowerPoint]
- Good command of English Language.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to lead others.
