Job Description

  • Manage the work activities, deliverables, and environment for the Mechanical Engineering team.
  • Manage work assignments and workforce planning.
  • Support team members in developing and maintaining engineering budget and schedule estimates.
  • Develops evaluation criteria that will serve to measure progress and effectiveness of departmental operations.
  • Analyzes and solves engineering-related problems with the assistance of subordinate managers and department personnel.
  • Coordinates all customer and internal engineering changes.
  • Follow-up on permanent corrective action plans to resolve any outstanding issues related to quality, production, equipment, tooling, customers, and production controls.
  • Evaluate and approve all equipment required for process.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of Faculty of Engineering from (mechanical or electrical) section.
  • Experience: maximum 5 years of experience and preferably if worked before in the printing field.
  • Excellent level of using engineering related software, and in addition to mastering MS Office Package [Word, Excel & PowerPoint]
  • Good command of English Language.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lead others.
