Job Description
- Take responsibility for SMG corporate recruitment screening and maintaining the Database including applicants history and ensure that all data is accurate and updated
- Arrange and conducting interviews/exams/assessments for white and blue collar positions and liaising with applicants to provide updates on their status
- Take responsibility for employment fairs preparations
- Update and maintaining job descriptions and job specifications
- Provide analytical and well documented reports
- Prepare and posting the vacant positions
- Regular visits to different recruitment sources to establish communication.
- On boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Support the HR team in the other functions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 3 – 4 years of experience in recruitment
- Excellent English & computer skills especially Excel
- HR diploma / Certificate preferable
