Job Description

  • Responsible for recruitment process
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources and other channels, posting and filtration, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers, and managing orientation and onboarding process.
  • Cerate job offer to accepted calibers.
  • Responsible for monthly report for new hiring and resignations
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly report to general manager to be aware with the variable salaries between months
  • Responsible for Social & Medical Insurance.
  • Implantation HR policy and system 
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
  • Maintains human resource information system records and personnel files

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, or any related field
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Profound knowledge of Egyptian labor law.
  • Ability to effectively coach employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Business writing skills
  • Excellent in English
  • The HR Senior Specialist must be able to work well independently but must also work as part of a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer and Internet proficiency.
