Job Description

  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers.
  • Understanding your customers’ needs.
  • Making presentations to promote new products and special deals.
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them properties all over Egypt.
  • Generate leads through referrals, emails, phone calls as well as direct visits.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure selling properties in projects around Egypt.
  • Meet clients either in the office or outside (clients premises, developers premises, project site, etc...).

Job Requirements

  • Very good command of the English language is a Must.
  • Proven experience in the Real Estate brokerage industry at least 6 months is a Must.
  • Presentable with very good communication skills.
  • Graduates preferably (AUC, GUC, MIU, BUE, AAST, FUE).
  • Prefer residence nearby New Cairo, Nasr City, Heliopolis & others around residency.
  • Must own a Car.
