Objective
To develop and boost the growth of The IG Club e-learning lines of business, as well as coordinating different parties that are involved in the business to ensure successful delivery of services to the end user.
Job description
- Executing Sales action plan
- Cooperate with operations team to deliver products.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with products purchased.
- Manage that all complaints are resolved in a well manner with customers.
- Cooperate with marketing team to boost sales performance.
- Cooperate in events delivery along with other teams.
- Sustaining relationship with key accounts and developing new partnerships across the country.
- Increase the sales of all services to customers
- Develop new services to be introduced to the market depending on the market needs.
- Establish a knowledge base about the market trends and competition
Weekly duties:
- Submit meetings agenda for the following week.
- Submit a sales report for the previous week.
- Submit working hours report for the whole department.
Monthly duties:
- Submit a sales report for the month.
Quarterly duties:
- Submit a sales report for the previous quarter
Job Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 3 years working experience
- Excellent Computer using skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desirable:
- E-Commerce/E-Learning/Online business experience
- Digital Marketing Experience
