Job Description

Objective

To develop and boost the growth of The IG Club e-learning lines of business, as well as coordinating different parties that are involved in the business to ensure successful delivery of services to the end user.

Job description

  • Executing Sales action plan
  • Cooperate with operations team to deliver products.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with products purchased.
  • Manage that all complaints are resolved in a well manner with customers.
  • Cooperate with marketing team to boost sales performance.
  • Cooperate in events delivery along with other teams.
  • Sustaining relationship with key accounts and developing new partnerships across the country.
  • Increase the sales of all services to customers
  • Develop new services to be introduced to the market depending on the market needs.
  • Establish a knowledge base about the market trends and competition

Weekly duties: 

  • Submit meetings agenda for the following week. 
  • Submit a sales report for the previous week. 
  • Submit working hours report for the whole department. 

Monthly duties: 

  • Submit a sales report for the month. 

Quarterly duties:

  • Submit a sales report for the previous quarter

Job Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience
  • Excellent Computer using skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Desirable:

  • E-Commerce/E-Learning/Online business experience 
  • Digital Marketing Experience
