Job Description
- Setting time plans for the implementation of tasks divided by the members of the department, managing the work team of the procurement department, and organizing the work mechanisms in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Measuring performance indicators and deviations and knowing what is necessary to avoid them in coordination with the line manager.
- Ensuring the quality, prices and timing of the supply.
- Follow up on price changes, both global and local.
- Follow-up inventory balances for operational items and raw materials.
- Creating a list of suppliers and updating them in an ongoing manner.
- Supervising the various stages of negotiation with suppliers in coordination with the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- Years of experience: 8-10 .
- Having experience in Foreign & local purchasing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good English and computer skills.
- Specialized Courses In Procurement.
- The ability to plan , organize and manage time .
