Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs.
- Meets with clients to program the project requirements.
- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations.
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements
- Produces sketches and shop drawings to illustrate concepts and finished projects using (Auto CAD), Revit and hand-drawing skills
- Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
- Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
- Enhances and improves interior spaces’ functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and décor.
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Attention to Detail and Multitasking.
- Good at Revit and Auto CAD.
