Experience of working in computer networks in terms of:
- Withdrawing and extending internet cables and telephones.
- Testing Internet cables.
- Stapling RJ to internet cables.
- Installing ducts and laying pipes.
- Preparing the Racks in terms of patch panel stapling, installing switches, and testing all internet points.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduated of Higher technical education or computer science majors, minimum grade "Good".
- Good command of English.
- Familiar with Fiber cables.
- Knowledge of electrical work.
- Knowledgeable about telephone and exchange works.
- In-depth diagnosis Desktops\Notebooks problems.
- Determine the cause and Isolate the problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (when required).
- Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
- Keeps customers updated on their cases.
- Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely, or as outsourcing staff

General Terms
- Age shall not exceed 35 years old on applying.
