Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and confident business analyst to join our team. ICC aims to grow its market share within the next few months, with geographical expansion and personnel development. The duties of this business analyst will be to prepare revenue statements, patient bills, coordinate audit processes, and ensure the accuracy of any operational processes. This can include overseeing facility management, providing training to other employees, coordinating with the hospitality and medical teams, and working on presentations for management. Our ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, keenness to learn and develop, and the ability to oversee details and ensure that they are in place.
- Work effectively with hospitality and medical teams to create daily activity reports for financial controller
- Provide patient billing for out-of-pocket patients
- Provide patient billing for insurance and corporate customers
- Follow up in relation to cash collection from credit customers
- Provide periodic financial reports for internal analysis
- Process payments from customers and/or patients
- Create root cause analysis for performance alterations
- Work on budgets for purchasing (supplies and inventory)
- Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing
- Manage non-medical supply closets
- Provide accurate financial reporting
- Work on payroll reports and provide final reports to the financial controller
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, and/or any related field.
- Excellent organizational skills
- No prior work experience required, but candidates with experience are welcome to apply
- Shows confidence during speech and is able to convey messages effectively
- Prior operations or analytics experience welcome, but not necessary
- Must have a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge in best practices
- Proficiency in excel and strong reporting capabilities required
- Males preferred
- All candidates must have the capacity to learn complex solution-based sales, inclusive of handling multiple constituents, internal politics, the value per stakeholder, etc. This will be key in supporting the optimization of processes, analytics, and proactive strategy
