Job Description
- Provide office support in order to ensure efficiency within the band office.
- Assist in planning and preparing of meeting /presentations.
- Maintain the supplier database, sales / purchase records, and related documentation.
- Work as office support for the sales team.
- Prepare and follow up sales quotations, in coordination with Sales Team.
- Prepare weekly reports for the customers’ shipments.
- Documentation and tracking of related Local / Foreign orders.
- Handle All Business unit administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Experience min 2 years.
- Max. Age 26 years
- Bachelor degree of any relevant discipline.
- Proven Experience as Executive Secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Very good command of English.
- Very good e-mail writing skills.
- ERP System User is Preferred.
- Has Knowledge of importation process is preferred.
- Has knowledge of international incoterms & payment Terms is preferred.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Preferred 6th October or El Sheikh Zayed residents, and nearby areas.
