Job Description

  • Provide office support in order to ensure efficiency within the band office.
  • Assist in planning and preparing of meeting /presentations.
  • Maintain the supplier database, sales / purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Work as office support for the sales team.
  • Prepare and follow up sales quotations, in coordination with Sales Team.
  • Prepare weekly reports for the customers’ shipments.
  • Documentation and tracking of related Local / Foreign orders.
  • Handle All Business unit administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Experience min 2 years.
  • Max. Age 26 years
  • Bachelor degree of any relevant discipline.
  • Proven Experience as Executive Secretary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good e-mail writing skills.
  • ERP System User is Preferred.
  • Has Knowledge of importation process is preferred.
  • Has knowledge of international incoterms & payment Terms is preferred.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Preferred 6th October or El Sheikh Zayed residents, and nearby areas.
