Job Description
- Audit, review and bar raise quality of marketing content in your native language
- Monitor external vendor quality and investigate quality variation, ensuring best in class marketing content in your native language
- Provide feedback and linguistic coaching to external vendors
- Identify and pursue quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with other internal teams
- Responsible for and manage language quality and maintenance of associated assets
- Create and maintain glossaries, style guides, and translation memories for assigned languages
- Take part in vendor arbitration discussions and act as a linguistic consultant for vendor queries
- Maintain Amazon Advertising brand and product localization standards
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Native in German language
- A bachelor's degree is required
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and native language
- 3+ years of marketing / marketing localization experience
- Experience in translation, copywriting and proofreading
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience as a writer or content marketer
- CAT tool knowledge
