Job Description
- Create 3D photo realistic renderings of both exterior and interior environments to suit Client’s needs, their budget and the type of the building.
- Preparing time schedules, mood boards, BOQs & furniture proposals
- Select needed finishing materials, furniture, fixtures & lighting
- Coordinate between different discipline.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture.
- Using AutoCAD to generate detailed 2D drawings, including architectural plans, electrical plans, sanitary plans, reflected ceiling & interior elevations .... etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Proficiency in shop drawings.
