Job Description
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Create and implement after-sales strategy.
- Manage and follow all inspection process and quality assurance for all new products with factories.
- Establish and develop services processes, warranty policies and technical training plan.
- Partner with the sales team to support service pricing at Point of sales
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical - Mechanical or Mechatronics) is a must.
- Experience: 5:10 years in the field.
- Previous experience in managing the maintenance team in industrial facilities.
- Strong Planning & Managerial Skills.
- Dealing With Outdoor Service and maintain strong customers relationships.
