Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the shading systems and outdoor solutions market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including construction companies, hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafes.
Conduct virtual and in-person presentations to showcase Royal Tents’ product portfolio, emphasizing the benefits and features of motorized pergolas, awnings, tensile tents, and custom shading solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the design and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Bachelor’s degree .
3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, outdoor solutions, or shading systems industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
