Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage spa appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently using scheduling software.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about spa services and promotions.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and issuing receipts accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
- Coordinate with therapists and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests with empathy and prompt resolution.
- Promote spa products and services to guests, supporting sales and upselling initiatives.
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality in compliance with privacy policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, filing, and reporting as needed.

- Goes the extra mile for members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers, etc.
- Greets each and every guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
- Informs co-worker(s) of pertinent information at the end of the shift. Maintains and updates staff communication book.
- Reports any incident or accident to the Facility Manager.
- Informs facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues.
- Helps ensure facility is only accessed by actual members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times.
- Submits all paperwork and financial reporting, when applicable, in accordance with WTS International policy.
- Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests.
- Receives payments for goods and services and properly accounts for the money. Reconciles daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable.
- Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
