Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage spa appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently using scheduling software.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed information about spa services and promotions.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and issuing receipts accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate with therapists and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and special requests with empathy and prompt resolution.
  • Promote spa products and services to guests, supporting sales and upselling initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality in compliance with privacy policies.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, filing, and reporting as needed.

  • Goes the extra mile for members and guests by offering to make reservations, find directions, look up phone numbers, etc.
  • Greets each and every guest with a smile and direct eye contact.
  • Informs co-worker(s) of pertinent information at the end of the shift. Maintains and updates staff communication book.
  • Reports any incident or accident to the Facility Manager.
  • Informs facility management of any member, guest, or facility issues.
  • Helps ensure facility is only accessed by actual members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times.
  • Submits all paperwork and financial reporting, when applicable, in accordance with WTS International policy.
  • Becomes knowledgeable about the facility and its amenities in order to effectively communicate with members and/or guests.
  • Receives payments for goods and services and properly accounts for the money. Reconciles daily sales, deposits, and receipts, when applicable.
  • Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
