It's a program in which VIVO company make a training program, Training process:
- Promoter: as a vivo promoter for 2-3 months, accumulate marketing &sales experience.
- Supervisor: as a vivo supervisor for 6 months, accumulate marketing manage experience.
- Manager: as a vivo manager for 1year, terminal manager, region manager, product manager and so on.
- Promoter Stage (Probation Period)
- To accomplish the sales volume of 60 mobile phones in 2 months.
- Supervisor Stage
- Distribution: collect market information,visit and maintain distribution, develop new distribution.
- Stock Management: Maintain enough stock on shop for sale and regularly track stock availability.
- Sales: Assist promoter to complete target.
- Dealer Service: Eight advantages, basic and differential services.
- Recruitment: carry out promoter recruitment and interview, and transfer quality shop promoters to company promoters.
- Training: Assist promoters to improve product knowledge, sales skills. Provide training to promoters, shop promoters, dealers and wholesaler staff one by one.
- Daily Management: Manage promoters’ attendance, ensure promoters’ availability on shops, match system sales with actual sales, conduct promoter meeting.
- Brand Image: Maintain counter display, shelf display, promoter appearance, glass door sticker and other vivo image to enhance brand influence.
- Assessment Criteria for Confirmation:
- The probation period usually lasts for 3 months.
- 1st month: corporate culture, sales skills training, to pass the test.
- 2nd-3rd month: practical sales period, to achieve a sales target.
Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old.
- (AUC,GUC,BUE,MSA,MIU) Graduates only!
- Marketing, Sales and Management Major Holders .
- Fluent English,(Spoken &Written)
- Presentable.
- Outgoing personality, Excellent communication skills ,passionate and Eager to learn.
