Mechanical Engineer

• A mechanical engineer in a feed mill is responsible for managing, maintaining, and upgrading machinery (mixers, crushers, presses, conveyors) to ensure continuous and efficient production, with a focus on occupational safety. 
• This includes implementing preventive and emergency maintenance schedules, and diagnosing and repairing faults. Prior experience in maintaining industrial and heavy equipment is typically required. 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Preventive and Emergency Maintenance: Developing and implementing periodic maintenance plans for machinery and equipment to prevent unexpected production stoppages. 
• Fault Repair: Accurately diagnosing mechanical faults and providing effective solutions for their rapid repair. Technical Supervision: Supervising mechanical and operational technicians and ensuring their adherence to safety and quality standards.
•  Performance Improvement: Upgrading and developing equipment and machinery to increase production capacity and operational efficiency. 
• Spare Parts Management: Monitoring the inventory of mechanical spare parts and ordering new parts to ensure their availability.
•  Safety: Ensuring that all machinery complies with occupational safety and industrial security standards.
