Maintain a high-level knowledge of the company’s solution suite in the specialization of (Storage, Servers, Network, Operating Systems, Hypervisors, Databases, Containers)
Regularly evaluate the company’s solution suite layers (availability, capacity…etc.)
Work closely with other teams members to Identify and classify problems and their root causes to prevent incidents from recurring.
Establishes strong partnerships with vendors and keep updated with new technologies
Identify, gather, and analyze clients’ requirements to support the design of the overall solutions.
Analyzing & translating complex customer's business requirements into a comprehensive solution.
Communicates, explains, and present the proposed solution to the customer, and in internal reviews and audits
Professional response to RFIs/RFPs that include post-tender activity, Preparing Technical Solution Documents (TSD) with required scope, BOQ, Project plan, compliance matrix ... etc.
Perform laptop, desktop, printer and hardware setup and configurations.
Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.
Virtual desktop troubleshooting for remote staff.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science, or related field.
Experience with cloud architectural patterns such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, virtualization platforms, and orchestrations
ITIL Foundation Certificate is a must.
Azure / AWS certificate is a plus
MCSE/RHCA Certificate is Plus
