Job Description
- Operate powder electrostatic paint process and equipment in accordance with established control plans in order to satisfy the customer quality standards and delivery schedule.
- Assure the counter measure effectiveness through process audit check.
- Improve Paint Coverage / Reduce Paint consumption.
- Plan and schedule all paint shop activities like Pretreatment, Powder Coating, Liquid, Plastic and paint mixing and chemical mixing.
- Planning of paint equipment technical downtime.
- Monitor the Paint Quality trend and drive the counter measure.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience in sheet metals industry.
- Alexandria Residence is a must
- Males only
- V. Good in English.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
