Job Description

  • Actively and effectively manage each operations team and guide the managers and the team members on work aspects and day-to-day tasks.
  • Consult with internal teams to identify strategic solutions to their business problems.
  • Manage internal engagements, meet project and deliverable timelines, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Establish analytical strategies, team direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to members of engagement teams.
  • Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
  • Building an organized system for the deliverables transmission between all individual departments starting from delivering questionnaires from Field to Quality control then entering Data processing till delivering the data/ outcome to the clients.
  • Ensure DP team is following high quality standards of data cleaning, coding and entry.
  • Preparing job objectives and appraisals for team head.
  • Ensure the quality control team is following the highest standard of quality control through editing, back check, call back quota and check the respondent’s profile.
  • To head the field team members as well as managing the entire field force including interviewers that the hires on different projects from time to time.
  • Prepare fieldwork costs for studies proposals/RFQ
  • Hiring new team and training them, create pool of interviewer(s)/Supervisor(s) continuously.
  • Providing recommendations and complains solutions to the client.
  • Monitoring and controlling the deadlines of all projects.
  • Supervise the call center team while monitoring that the Call Center Manager is handling team recruitment / replacement.
  • Monitoring the planned VS achieved targets for team members.
  • Preparing job objectives and appraisals for team head.
  • Train the team on developing & designing reports from extracted data by SAP, CRM, Engagor
