Job description:

  • Prepare and cook all kinds of oriental cuisine especially our breakfast menu.
  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation (Food Styling).
  • Study the recipes, gather all necessary ingredients and modify recipes to meet customers’ needs.
  • Work closely with other sections, train & evaluate the team in accordance with applicable standards, policies, and overall business requirements.
  • Keep up to date with the latest technology in the restaurant & cooking field.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen according to HACCP.
  • Modify & edit menu items & recipes.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Males Only
  • Experience 5 to 10 years
  • Experience in preparing breakfast and lunch especially in Lebanese & Syrian cuisines.
  • Experience in preparing oriental breakfast, including pastries & sandwiches.
  • Experience in big restaurants and hotels.
  • Create a booklet for the menu items description with the preparation methods.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
  • Communication & leadership skills.
  • Excellent record of kitchen management.
  • Multitasks skills.
  • Time management skills.
