Supervising the staff and daily activities within his/ her shift
Optimize employee workflow
Report on warehouse productivity during his shift
Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods
Track & trace inventory levels
Issuing the Purchase requesting for inventory items
Checking the delivery of Purchase orders, , items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. & process
Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained
Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
Previous experience in warehousing or a similar management position.
Hard worker, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to delegate
Ultra communication skills and ability to work within a team
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.  Excellent Knowledge of MS office, Specially ( Excel & Word ) , SAP
Problem-solving skills.
Bachelor degree in business, management, logistics or a related field  Fluent English written & spoken
