Job Description
- Serve as SME for Onboarding , Coordinate all training needs & audit training.
- Facilitate Certified Job & Compliance training
- Verify & complete data entry , Manage violations reports & communicate expiring permissions to managers
- Train, Coach and Audit Members.
- Monitor Daily Learning curve
- Execute & enforce Operations Learning network Standards
- Escalate any barriers to Learning Manager
- Perform TWI Audits
- Resolve learning related tickets within established SLA
Job Requirements
- Training experience 2/3 Years
- Bachelor degree holder
- TOT Certified
- English Fluency
- Excellent Communication skills
- Flexible with shift rotation.
